  • Own a customer portfolio developed through inbound requests and outbound campaigns.
  • Cultivate existing customer relationships, and suggest to customers how Megatron can help grow their online presence.
  • Provide the best solutions possible that are focused on each customer’s specific needs, including a variety of products, services, and third-party tools.
  • Accurately answer pre-sales inquiries as they arrive via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Guide new customers through the order and setup process to make their first week at Megatron as seamless as possible.
  • Work collaboratively with the Customer Success team to develop targeted methods to educate our
  • customers about new products and services.
  • Work with the Customer Success Lead in development and implementation of company and departmental goals.
  • Outstanding communication skills: verbal, written, and active listening.
  • Experience using industry jargon to promote technical products and services.
  • Technical experience using billing and user management software.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and desires which lead to suggestions for products and services that help address them.
  • Strong organizational skills: detail-oriented with superior follow through.
  • Self-motivated, highly competitive, and able to close deals.
  • Basic knowledge of online marketing including SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, etc.
