Provide the best solutions possible that are focused on each customer’s specific needs, including a variety of products, services, and third-party tools.
Accurately answer pre-sales inquiries as they arrive via phone, email, and live chat.
Guide new customers through the order and setup process to make their first week at Megatron as seamless as possible.
Work collaboratively with the Customer Success team to develop targeted methods to educate our
customers about new products and services.
Work with the Customer Success Lead in development and implementation of company and departmental goals.
Outstanding communication skills: verbal, written, and active listening.
Experience using industry jargon to promote technical products and services.
Technical experience using billing and user management software.
Ability to understand customer needs and desires which lead to suggestions for products and services that help address them.
Strong organizational skills: detail-oriented with superior follow through.
Self-motivated, highly competitive, and able to close deals.
Basic knowledge of online marketing including SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, etc.
